Human behavior,
made actionable.

I combine behavioral science, mixed-methods research, and data analysis to understand how people think, decide, and interact with products, brands, and organizations.

Curious aboutthe why behindthe what.

Wilson Lu with his German Shepherd at University of Chicago graduation

I’m Wilson, a behavioral researcher trained in psychology, UX research, and data analysis at the University of Chicago and the University of Michigan.

My work sits at the intersection of people, data, and decision-making. I use interviews, usability testing, surveys, experiments, and quantitative analysis to uncover behavioral patterns and translate them into practical recommendations.

I’m especially interested in research that helps organizations make better decisions about products, customers, and people.

I move between human stories and quantitative signals—choosing the right method for the question, not the other way around.
